Shipping Update COVID Q1 & Q2 2021

Dear customer,

Since the Netherlands (and also Germany) are in a lockdown several shipping options are unavailable since December 2020 and early January 2021. On this page you'll find more info on which services are available and which are not.

The Netherlands (PostNL)

All services available. Shipping times are longer and your parcel may take 2-3 days. 

Europe (PostNL/DHL)

All services available. Shipping times are regular and differ per country.

United Kingdom (PostNL/DHL)

Regular postal services are currently unavailable but should be up and running for us in June.

Non European countries (DHL Parcel)

The regular DHL Parcel service to all non European countries is temporarily unavailable as of 16/12/2020. We expect it will slowly be started again in June or earliest or when the current Covid situation in both the Netherlands and Germany allows for it.

Non European countries (DHL Express)

The DHL Express service (including customs clearance and taxation) will be available at all times for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea and Israel. DHL Express services are not automatically visible in our checkout procedure. Please email us with your order and we'll provide you with a calculation of the shipping costs  followed by an invoice and payment link once agreed on.
